Viewing Your Orders
All your order history is tied to your email address. Once you log in using your 6-digit code, you can manage your purchases in one place.
Tracking Your Package: Within your account, click on any active order to find your Tracking Link. Clicking this will take you directly to the carrier’s website for live updates.
Order Archive: See a full list of your past purchases, including dates, items, and total costs.
Download Invoices: Need a record for your files? You can download a digital invoice directly from the order details page.
Easy Reordering: Use the "Buy Again" button within any past order to quickly add your favourite products back to your basket.
